Each 26-28 m2 apartment (studio) bedroom with view to the sonny, quiet courtyard. Each one has a bedroom with cable TV and WiFi internet access, bathroom,kitchen.
There is no elevator in the building.

At the third floor Szk17/4 not available at the momennt!!
Rent of Szk17/4 for one 300 € and 310€ for two people per a month
Common cost (including electricity, washing machine and internet ): 22800 Ft (~60 €).
Water and gas is messured by meter . 1 m3 water 600 Ft ~1.72€, 1 m3 gas= 128 Ft ~0,31 € over 4,8m3/day 750 Ft/m3!!

At the third floor Szk21/3 not availaable at the moment.
Rent of 11/3 and 21/3 : for one person : 275 € / month
for two people: 320 € /month.
Common costs also include electricity, water, washing machine and internet : 25 000 Ft/ month.

Common cost means in Hungary: each house has a company,which takes care of the house ( cleaning of the house, reparations, electricity of staircase...). .Every flat in the house pays a part of it dependig on its size.
